David & his son were so professional. They were kind, knowledgeable, and timely on the install of our new unit. They set us up with a much more efficient unit. They were responsive and reasonable. Strongly recommend.

Our AC went out. Energy Air installed our unit 4 years prior, so i called them and explained that I have a lung disease and needed to have it repaired as soon as possible. Ironce came that afternoon and replaced one part, but it needed another that wasn't on his truck. He told us to call the office the next morning. We did and after about an hour explaining why we couldn't wait 48 hours, a nice man came on the phone telling us someone would be out that afternoon. Ironce picked up the part and returned. We were cooling about an hour later. Thankful for their timely response and Ironce's professional service.
